Resume Title

Resume Title: Examples of Resume Titles

The title of a resume identifies the job title or the job posting which you are targeting. You may also combine additional 2-3 keywords with the resume job title.
Because this title is the first resume headline that employers read, it has its significant value as an attention grabber.

In many resume templates, the resume title section may include the “Job Title” and a short paragraph below to present your related job skills and experience for this specific job.
This paragraph is called ‘
Resume Summary’ or “Resume Headlines” where you can briefly highlight your key capabilities to reflect back to the job requirements – the specific job you are applying for.

That said, if you are targeting your job search for a particular position, it would be wise to apply directly by making your resume customized for this particular job position and therefore you want to title your resume accordingly.
